1. Our products are governed by separate agreements

These Terms cover the public marketing website only. Access to our products, including the Research Site Index and the AcceleTrial™ platform, is provided to authorized customers under separate written agreements (such as an order form, master services agreement, and applicable product terms). Those agreements, not these Terms, govern use of the products and the data within them.

2. Permitted use

You may view and use the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content to build or train a competing product or dataset.

"LINEA," "Research Site Index," and "AcceleTrial" are marks of LINEA System. Except for the limited permitted use above, no license or right is granted to you.
